-Question: Does it play the entire song or just a portion?
-Answer: The chorus part of the song is played.

-Question: How long will it play music before it needs to be cranked again?
-Answer: It is an old fashion crank style where It only plays the music while you’re cranking it. It’s a romantic novelty to sit out in the living room. Everybody that comes in will want to play with it!
 
-Question: Is the mechanism sealed away from fingers?
-Answer:

-Answer: It depends on where you are. Generally, the estimated delivery time using the Standard International Shipping method is around 15 - 20 days. Delivery will take 10 - 12 business days if you are using International Premium Shipping.*

-Question: What if I entered an incorrect address?
-Answer: If you have misspelled an address, simply reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at: support@chopinsbox.com. If we are informed in time, we can update the address. However, please understand, no refund can be given after we ship your purchase. Please understand that we are not responsible for orders not arriving at the destination due to wrong address details submitted.

-Answer: ChopinsBox has a 30-day return policy. After 30 days from your purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
