Refund policy
Refunds
For a refund or replacement, we only accept products that arrive in the following conditions:
- Damaged or missing parts
- Out of tune (for music boxes)
- Wrong product received
To start a refund, you can contact us at: support@chopinsbox.com. Please include proof of purchase or order number in your email. If your refund is accepted, you will be able to see the refund in your bank account or credit card within a few business days.
To get a replacement, please contact us with the details of your order at: support@chopinsbox.com
There are several conditions where only half refund is granted:
- Delivery failed or returned to us because of the customer's failure such as:
- Wrong address
- Incomplete address [street, house number, city, etc. must be complete]
- No recipient at the customer's address
- The customer doesn't pick up the package if the item is for self-pickup at the local post office

Returns (For Music Boxes)
Due to the customized nature of all of the music boxes, ChopinsBox cannot offer a return as your music box is designed and crafted with care.
Order Cancellation
Orders can not be canceled once we have processed your purchase for you.
